SHIPPING RATES & TIMES

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Estimates are from the time of dispatch, rather than from the time you place the order online. Time frames are subject to delays by Australia Post.

We do not offer shipping reimbursements for order delays that are out of our control, such as delays by Australia Post.

If you use a "free shipping" code, it will only apply to the standard shipping option.

Please ensure that your address information is correct. If we receive any orders back due to incorrect address, or the order not being collected by the customer, the order is refunded minus applicable postage fees charged to us by Australia Post.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Most areas in Australia will take 7 to 11 business days for your order to arrive.

REGISTERED SHIPPING

Most areas in Australia will take 4 to 7 business days for your order to arrive.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Metro areas will take 2 to 5 business days, and WA, NT, or rural areas will take 4 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. Available on orders up to 7kg weight.

RETURNS

Shopping with us is completely risk-free. Not happy with your product? Return it back to us within 30 days for a full refund.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return their order.

If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange outside of Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
