SHIPPING RATES & TIMES
Orders are shipped with one of our partners - Australia Post, Couriers Please or Sendle (Aramex). Estimates are from day of dispatch, rather than from the time you place the order online. Time frames are subject to delays by the courier.
We do not offer shipping reimbursements for order delays that are out of our control, such as delays by the courier.
If you use a "free shipping" code, it will only apply to our standard shipping option.
Please ensure that your address information is correct. If we receive any orders back due to incorrect address, or the order not being collected by the customer, the order is refunded minus applicable postage fees charged to us by the courier.
All orders are shipped with a signature required on delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for lost, missing or undelivered parcels if a customer provides authority to leave the parcel without a signature or chooses a "safe drop" option, as there is no way for us to verify or investigate this.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Most areas in Australia will take 2 to 9 business days for your order to arrive.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Metro areas will take 1 to 3 business days, and WA, NT, or rural areas will take 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. Available on orders up to 7kg weight.
RETURNS
Shopping with us is completely risk-free. Not happy with your product? Return it back to us within 30 days for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return their order.
If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange outside of Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
