Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order over $120 ships free anywhere in Australia. Orders under $120 have standard shipping from $12.95.
How long will my order take?
Standard shipping takes 2 to 11 business days for most of Australia. Express takes 1 to 3 business days to metro areas and 2 to 5 business days to WA, NT and rural areas. Times are counted from dispatch.
Who delivers my order?
We ship with Australia Post, Couriers Please or Aramex. You will get tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Message us as soon as possible and we will do our best before it ships. Please double check your address at checkout, as parcels returned for a wrong address are refunded minus postage.
Gifting
Are your gift sets ready to give?
Yes. Our gift sets arrive beautifully packed and ready to hand over. No wrapping needed.
Can I add a gift box to my order?
Yes. Add a gift box to your cart for $15 and we will pack your items inside, as long as they fit. You will find it in your cart and on product pages.
Can I send a gift straight to someone else?
Of course. Just enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Our e-gift card is delivered by email and is perfect when you can't decide.
Returns and payment
What is your returns policy?
Not happy? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage is paid by the customer. See Shipping & Returns for the details.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Sorry about that. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out quickly.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. See Payment Options.

How do I use a bath bomb?
Run a warm bath, drop the bath bomb in and watch it fizz. Then lie back and enjoy the colour and scent.
How do I use wax melts?
Pop one or two cubes into a wax warmer and let the scent fill the room. Never leave a warmer unattended.
Are your products for adults or kids?
Most of our range is made for everyone, and some bath bombs have toys inside that kids love. Check each product page for its ingredients and directions, and always supervise children in the bath.
